Ordering

How do I place my order?

Feel free to shop your preferred Filed merchandise at filedasia.com using your Filed Certified Reseller account to receive discounts.

How do I apply for a Filed Certified Reseller account?

What is the minimum order quantity per product?

That’s the good thing here in Filed Certified Reseller program, there is NO MOQ. You just have to reach a certain amount of total order value to avail exclusive reseller discounts. The higher the total order value, the higher the discount!

How long is the processing of my order?

In order to make sure that your orders are in good quality condition, we allow 3 to 5 business days to have them processed and prepared. But don't worry because once it is forwarded to the courier, the tracking number will be sent to your email.

What should I do if the product I want to order is out of stock?

You can subscribe to our Out-of-Stock Notifier on the product page here at filedasia website. You can also send us an email at innovate@filed.com.ph, and our team will give you updates on product availability timelines.

Can I do pre-selling before I place my order at the filedasia website?

At this time, pre-selling is not allowed due to stock limitations. The only way to reserve the item is to place and pay for the order.

I want to replenish my inventory and order a few products from your website. Will I still receive a reseller discount even if I don’t reach the minimum total order value?

We’re open to discuss this with you. For replenishment of stocks, just email us the list of products you want to replenish at innovate@filed.com.ph and our team will assist you on product availability and its proper discount rate.

Payment

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay using your Credit Card/PayPal, or using the various payment channels under DragonPay.

Online Banking: BDO, BPI, Chinabank, Landbank, Metrobank, RCBC, Unionbank and UCPB.


Bank Deposit and ATM: BDO, BPI, Chinabank, EastWest, Landbank, Metrobank, PNB, RCBC, Security Bank, Unionbank and UCPB 


Over-the-counter payments: Bayad Center, Cebuana Lhuiller Perapal, EcPay ( pawnshops, payment centers), LBC/Bayad Center, M.Lhuillier, Robinsons Dept. Store, RuralNet Banks and Coops and SM Dept/Supermarket/Savemore counter


Do you offer consignment arrangement?

At this time, the Filed Certified Reseller program is applicable for outright purchases. 

How do I accept payment from my customer?

You can set your own payment method, based on what you think is convenient for you and your customer.

There are a lot of ways to receive payments from your customer. Here are some:

⁃ You can use Onine Banking or Bank Deposit

⁃ E-wallets such as GCash or PayMaya

⁃ You can also use a third party logistic company that allows Purchase Service such as Grab Pabili or Lalamove Purchase Service

Delivery

What courier do you use to ship my order from the Filed HQ to my location?

We use J&T Express and 2Go Express as our partner courier for the Filed Certified Reseller program.

What is the shipping lead time?

For Metro Manila orders, it will take 3 to 5 business days. For provincial orders, it will take 5 to 7 business days.

I need the order today, is it possible to pick it up myself instead?  

Yes, of course! You can pick-up your order from our HQ at 111 Congressional Ave. Brgy. Bahay Toro, Project 8, Quezon City, as long as the order is already fully paid. However, please allow us at least 1 to 2 hours to process and prepare your order before going to our HQ. We’ll also send you an email or text message once it is ready for pick-up.

Do I get an additional discount if I pick-up my order?

We’re sorry, but no additional discount will be awarded.

Can I book a Grab or Lalamove to pick-up my order for faster delivery?

Of course you can arrange a Grab or Lalamove booking from our HQ at 111 Congressional Ave. Brgy. Bahay Toro, Project 8, Quezon City, as long as the order is already fully paid. However, all delivery expenses will be shouldered by the reseller. Please allow us at least 1 to 2 hours to process and prepare your order before arranging a Grab/Lalamove pick-up. We’ll send you an email or text message once it is ready for pick-up.

What do you suggest I use to deliver orders to my customer?

You can use your own vehicle or via a third party logistics company (Grab, Lalamove, J&T Express, etc.). We suggest that you charge the delivery fee to your customer.

Marketing

As a Filed Certified Reseller, do I get marketing mileages from Filed?

Yes, you will be part of promotions in Filed's social media accounts and official filedasia website.

Can we promote Filed merchandise in our own social media accounts?

Yes, you can promote or feature the Filed merchandise you’re offering in your social media accounts provided that you include the Filed logo and Filed Certified Reseller seal on the promotional material. This way, your customers will know that you’re a credible seller of Filed merchandise. You don’t have to seek for our approval before posting as long as it doesn’t breach the promotional limitations mentioned in your contract.

Can we sell Filed merchandise at a lower or higher than the Suggested Retail Price (SRP)?

Yes, of course. You are free to provide your own discount to your customer as it can help you sell-out your stocks faster. And if you can give more value to your service or even to the Filed merchandise, you may price it higher than Suggested Retail Price (SRP).

Returns & Exchanges

My customer received a defective product. What should I do?

You may request for a documentation (pictures or video of the defect) and send it to innovate@filed.com.ph. Our team will immediately contact you to investigate on your concern.

I still have slow-moving Filed merchandise in my inventory. Can I exchange this with other best-selling products?

We’re sorry, this is not possible at this time. But don’t worry, we can help you with marketing these products.
